Rachel D. Burney is an Associate Attorney with The Walker Law Offices, P.A., where she represents clients across Florida in personal injury, family law, probate, and estate planning.

A Jacksonville native, Ms. Burney earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Florida and her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law. She was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2021.

Her commitment to service reaches well beyond the courtroom. Ms. Burney serves in the Florida Air National Guard, continuing a path of public service that began during her studies as a member of the United States Air Force Reserve.

Since entering practice, Ms. Burney has tried cases through jury verdict, resolved a wide range of matters through pre-suit negotiation and post-filing settlement, and represented clients in complex personal injury, probate, and family law disputes.
